It was one of the only few cryptocurrencies to be on a bullish trend in the bear markets of the last 2 years, attracting attention was inevitable to conclude its reasoning. Every year the W.E.F shorlists 100 promising start up firms with their technology advancements, networks and services. Chainlink was included this year in the shortlist being called a 'Game Changer'. Many firms in the crypto space are using Chainlink Oracle's for data including the De-Fi space firms. This ensures it's longevity and possibly making it a good investment opportunity. It is often called 'The oil of the engine'.
Does this make Chainlink primed for a new year-on-year bull trend as we've seen before? Will Chainlink reach $100 before Bitcoins next halving event? Regardless of Chainlinks price, being mentioned as a contender on the list is not only positive for Chainlink but the entire industry.
