Care to share your MATIC strategy?

MATIC has been the sub’s darling lately, seeing as it helps many of us list our Reddit NFTs cheaply on OPENSEA and make a killing in the process. In the midst of the bearish market. Case in point: “The Hands” #2 sold for a record 15 ETH.

Even as we zoom out from Reddit, we find that people are not just cautiously optimistic about MATIC, but they are actively lending their weight behind it and backing up the Polygon sidechain. META, a name which usually induces sniggers from us, finally got it right by announcing that it would allow users to mint and sell NFTs on Facebook and Instagram. Not only that, JP Morgan, in collaboration with Singapore’s central bank, chose to execute its first live trade via MATIC on Project Guardian. Institutional backing is a double-edged sword. We don’t quite like how it is encroaching onto the crypto space, but grudgingly admit how its presence will make our coin spike in value. And pumped MATIC has. Right now, it stands at $1.15, edging SOL out of the top 10.

In light of all these exciting developments which seem to anchor MATIC as a useful coin, how has your attitude towards it changed? If you don’t currently hold MATIC, will you buy it during your next DCA? If you have MATIC, are you going to stake part of it with Lido (8.7% APY),

Binance.US (7.2% APY) or even Gemini (4.56%)? Or are you going to DCA out and take some profits from the current pump?

Or do you think that MATIC is overhyped and a dump is imminent?
