Cardano's Smart-Contracts Are Here: When to Expect DEXs to Release?

Do repost and rate:

Hello,

As you know Sept. 12 was the release of Smart-Contracts on Cardano, with this comes a lot of possibilities on the blockchain, being integration of decentralized exchanges (DEX) one of the big ones.

Many people were expecting DeFi right on the first day but this is unrealistic because every developer has to move their code from the testnet to the mainnet and polish their code. Cardano isn't a copy and paste from ETH, it uses a eUTXO method and everything has to be built in a different way.

So, when to expect big DeFi to come to Cardano?

Mid October seems to be the consensus date from many developers, ErgoDex and SundaeSwap have already throw that date up in the air and it seems to be fair for all to be perfect when they launch.

They can not afford to hurry the launch with the risk being having bugs that could make their projects fail. Every error is taken hard by the Community and can send a project to the dumpster very quickly.

Don't be impatient with this, everything on ADA is made into detail and that's one of the reasons the project is so good, let the big DeFi players think everything to the last detail, this is the only way to success. Big things take time, rushing is just a way to get burned further along the way.
