1. Log in to http://liberland.org and make sure you have the correct number of Merits

3. Using your Web3-enabled browser (Subwallet's built-in browser on mobile, or your normal browser on desktop), log in to https://blockchain.liberland.org, update your identity, and claim your #LLD
