Blockfolio- App Review

We’re here again for another app review. This time, Blockfolio is on the spotlight. I discovered Blockfolio when my crypto enthusiast friend recommended it to me to manage my cryptocurrency portfolio. I usually manage my portfolio in Cryptocompare in my desktop computer. So that was my first time using an app for that kind of job. And to my surprise, Blockfolio is amazing.

The user interface design is outstanding. It has a magnificent modern look. Its dark theme makes me love the app more since it fits perfectly well with the neon color of the charts. The dark themed design makes the texts and figures easier to read, especially at night time.

Another thing I like with this absolutely free app available in app store and play store is that its features are so user-friendly. You can easily create portfolios one after another, add crypto coins you can think of, manually add transactions, and effortlessly sync your balances and transactions in your account in BINANCE or whatever exchange it is. It also supports different fiats.

One of the main features of the app is Blockfolio Signal. In here, you directly receive the updates and announcements from the teams behind the coins you follow. This protects you from misinformation and saves you the time in scrolling through the social media platform for the information. There’s also news section where you can see latest developing news surrounding cryptocurrency to keep you up-to-date.

However, there has been an allegation that the app sells your portfolio data to other third-party app. So use the app with caution if you are very concerned with privacy.  Another holdback of Blockfolio is that there's no web app support so you can only use it through your mobile phone.

In conclusion, I find Blockfolio to be one of the best portfolio management app out there. Its user-friendly features combined with the integration of Signal is a great deal. Truly, Blockfolio is a very powerful portfolio tracker.
