BlockFi and FTX withdrawals coming soon?

Do repost and rate:

For the last few months, I've regularly been receiving email updates from FTX and BlockFi.

FTX went belly-up because SBF and his team / boyfriends and girlfriends were doing dodgy s**t under the sun and no one noticed.

BlockFi went down because of its exposure to FTX.

In the end, both had to file for Chapter 11 and they're assets are being managed by the same company, Kroll, a firm that does restructuring.

I got a wave of emails telling me I would soon be able to withdraw my funds and last week, I got two that look promising.

BlockFi, where I have about $280 worth of BTC and ETH at today's rate, says it "expects to open withdrawals in the coming weeks", and unless I read that wrong, they'll allow people to withdraw around 45-50% of their funds.

50 cent on a dollar sucks, whichever way you cut it, but it's better than nothing, I guess.

The situation with FTX is a bit different.

I have about $10 worth of BTC in FTX so there's not a lot of skin in the game for me.

However, obviously, I'd rather have it than not, and so when I got the email asking my to KYC and submit my proof of claim or whatever they call it, I did.

I'll keep you posted.
