TSB Games, the developer behind the upcoming decentralized voxel game world, The Sandbox, announced earlier this week that it has partnered with Matic Network (MATIC), a layer-2 scaling solution for the Ethereum network.
According to the recent announcement, the Matic Network team will be contributing its technical expertise to help support the growth of The Sandbox.
“Through this partnership, Matic will be providing The Sandbox teams with their insights to achieve faster transactions, scale faster and help us create a better UI/UX experience for our community,” The Sandbox team stated. “On top of that, The Sandbox and Matic will work towards improving decentralized exchanges.”
Matic Network also participated in the second round of The Sandbox’s LAND presale, which brought in around 800 Ethereum (ETH), worth roughly $228K at the time, in the first hour alone.
This partnership looks to be a natural fit, as Matic Network has been working to bring blockchain games into its growing ecosystem, many of which are already partnered with The Sandbox.
