Bitrue is delighted to announce it will soon start supporting the wave of projects building on blockchains such as Cardano, Solana, XinFin, and Hedera Hashgraph.
The leading exchange will offer upcoming ventures building on these next-generation chains a premium listing track that can be completed within days and requires no marketing or listing fees.
According to Adam O'Neill, Chief Marketing Officer of Bitrue, burgeoning ecosystem chains are starting to challenge Ethereum, which has been the go-to chain for projects looking to develop a new token. He added that the support from communities of some of the new generation of platforms was too loud to ignore.
For instance, more than 220,000 avid Solana supporters recently voiced their support for their favourite projects on the high-performance chain.
The Bitrue team is currently working on developing technical support for new chains. They have also reached out to dozens of upcoming projects to initiate potential partnerships that will facilitate these new projects to bring their coins to Bitrue for investments, loans, trading and much more.
Bitrue has been engaging community members to recommend which new coins they want to be listed on the platform. In the future, community votes to bring coins to Bitrue will be reserved exclusively for holders of Bitrue's native token BTR.
Holders will be able to stake one BTR to represent one vote and could even earn rewards of a newly listed coin should it meet a specified threshold of votes to join Bitrue.
The First Solana-based Project Comes to Bitrue!
On July 12, 2021, DeFi token ROPE became the first Solana-based token to join Bitrue on a USDT trading pair after winning the Solana community vote. Users overwhelmingly backed ROPE to be listed on the platform, giving investors the chance to add the token into their portfolio at Bitrue.
Trading for ROPE, a decentralized network that brings a volatility index to the crypto market, went live on Bitrue at 10:00 UTC on July 12. Withdrawals were enabled 24 hours after trading commenced.
The Solana chain is now available on Bitrue's Power Piggy investment platform, allowing investors to stake their coins at 2% APR. Users can hold BRT to increase the annual interest rate up to 2.4%.
The latest community poll proposed the listing of SingularityNET AGIX, a globally accessible AI marketplace. Deposits for the nominated coin are now open, with the AGIX/USDT pair scheduled to go live on Biture very soon.
Bitrue is also pleased to announce a new feature - Leverage Tokens with support for XRP. Leverage Tokens are unique crypto assets based on an existing token/coin, but they increase the returns an investor earns by a certain multiple.
