The public beta version of Bitcoin Hodler, a 2D mobile arcade blockchain game, has been launched along with its integration with Singapore-based blockchain infrastructure provider Enjin.
According to the announcement, Enjin integration means players of the tap adventure DApp game can link their Enjin Wallet and Bitcoin Hodler and other third assets to Bitcoin Hodler.
By utilizing Enjin’s offerings, Bitcoin Hodler hopes to present an effective user experience that could lead to the long-term success of the game, as well as encourage casual mobile gamers with little experience with Enjin, blockchain gaming, and true item ownership to try the game.
The blockchain game added that it plans to roll out a secure item distribution system that will ensure claimed items reach the correct players in an acceptable time frame.
Bitcoin Holder also intends to take advantage of Enjin’s Efinity network, a planned Ethereum scaling solution, to minimize transaction cost and delivery time to help players experience the blockchain game well.
However, until Efinity is launched, Bitcoin Hodler will temporarily maintain minimum fees and deliver items within 24 hours.
Bitcoin Hodler is a tap game that revolves around the world of cryptocurrencies. Similar to the mechanics of popular tap game Flappy Bird, players need to tap their characters to avoid obstacles known as bad investments, shit coins, red bars, FUD-clouds and mean attacks on their funds.
In order to score new All Time Highs, players must keep tapping and collect coins and tokens along the way to increase their in-game currency balance called BITS.
Bitcoin Hodler is available on the Google Play store and iOS TestFlight.
