Binance recently completes its 15th quarterly burn of BNB tokens. BINANCE removed 1,088,888 BNB tokens in the 15th burn, which worth around 600$ million.
Coin burn defines that removing particular coins from circulation and compress the total supply of that coin and theoretically speaking pumping up the price of that remain coin.
Binance now decreased its market supply from 170,532,825 BNB to 169,432,937 BNB. Although, last time they burned 4,708,776 BNB tokens. But the 15th BNB burn is the largest BNB token burn by dollar value.
The BNB token surged over 1500% this year, entering 2021 with the price of 38$ and a maximum high of over 600$. BNB has rapidly grown in value and enhancement its ecosystem.
BNB committed to burning half of its supply (100 million BNB ) and as far it burned 15% of it.
