I would like to take this opportunity to talk a little bit about Banano (BAN), an instant, feeless cryptocurrency. It's a fork of Nano, which is also fast and feeless. Banano is different from most cryptos though. The community around this coin is an absolute riot. They are supportive and very generous on Reddit, where they have installed a tip bot that uses Banano in conjunction with the built in Reddit Vault wallet. Information about Banano can be found at their homepage, 'Banano.cc'. The mobile wallet is called Kalium and it is among my favorites for ease of use, speed, and aesthetics. There is a saying amongst the monkes in the jungle: 1 ban = 1 ban. That's why we don't sweat the dips!
The best way I found to get Banano is to do "Folding@Home" or "F @ H". This is a program that will utilize your CPU and / or GPU to simulate proteins in a virtual space, which contributes greatly to medical research involving vaccines, immune diseases, cancer, and others. It's fairly easy to get set up and if you need any help, just holler in the comments! :)
Back to the topic of Reddit, there is a faucet you can use that is tied to Reddit but sends directly to your Kalium wallet at 'bananofaucet.cc'. This is a once a week faucet that will give you a range of Banano up into the teens, so it is a good source if you are just getting started. There are several other small faucets that you can use daily as well, but do not pay out quite as much.
JungleTV.live is another way to earn Banano. It's essentially a chatroom where you can queue videos from youtube, and the cost of the video is split among the active viewers. They use captcha every so often to keep people from just going idle and soaking up all the payout. You can also do things like add to the payout pool of a video, or pay extra to skip the video, which can be fun and lucrative when the chat gets into a skip war.
Another great part about Banano is their series of NFTs called CryptomonKeys. You can get these either on an exchange like Atomic or you can get them for free for participating in the community in various ways, such as mining certain plots of land in Alien Worlds or taking part in other games attached to the Banano community. Collecting CryptoMonKeys is a lot of fun, and they say there's something special in the addresses on the back of the cards yet to be revealed. These NFTs also grant you access to MonkeySlots, another payout faucet that is usable only if you have at least one of these NFTs.
Last thing I want to mention is how easy it is to swap back and forth to Nano. There are a number of sites that do it very easily and securely. If you want to move it, they make it very easy. You can also stake wrapped Banano on the BINANCE Smartchain, if I'm not mistaken, but don't quote me on that one.
