I’ve been working in marketing and project management since 2017. I shifted from spearheading partnerships and project management for many different companies in the industry under a notable crypto PR firm. Ellie | Marketing Manager: Dark Frontiers is an open-world universe attached to a DAO. For the people?—?by the people. The goal for DF is to accelerate the integration of crypto with gaming to fuel the flame for mass adoption. Players will soon be able to enhance their gaming and yield farming experiences through PC and also VR… in space. Let’s talk about some of the fuel for this rocket.
Players will be exposed to $DARK Energies represented as BSC which can be used within the game and are needed for performing actions and quests within the game.
In a first instance, it helps them forge and own land plots on the moon’s surface that are represented as unique NFTs. Dark Frontiers is powered by the $DARK (BEP-20) Energy Token that will be used to stake and forge land NFTs.

From my little research, I discovered that DarkFrontiers allows users of the paltform to develop and come up with their own equipment by having a combination of a dual NFT that is, two NFTs. What are the requirements for combining tow NFTs? What type of NFTs can be regarded as being merge able. Must the two NFTs have same features and rarity mechanism before being able to be merged? What happens if two NFTs that are not having similar feature like same rarity mechanism are combined?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: NFT based merging allows players the opportunity of evolving their bioships in a very unique way. By burning 2 NFTs, an even better vessel can be forged. The original blueprint of both vessels influences the process but the outcome remains random. All merged ships come equipped with their own individual appearances along different specifications that make them fully unique. Currently the NFT merging will be only available for spaceships.
Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: So, if I understand correctly, you have, e.g., the blueprints for two different ships, and by merging them you will get a new one. And the outcome of the merging will depend, not only based on the characteristics of the merging ships but also on randomness?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: Exactly! Just like in real world!

Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: How many different spaceships combinations will there be in the game?
Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: I imagine some combinations will be more unique (and valuable) than others
Ellie | Marketing Manager: As many as the players create. People will be able to put use of all of their NFTs to create their own customizable spaceship in any way they want.

On your webiste, you let us know that you have three set of NFTS where someone can win ticket for the first set by staking $GAME, which the second one is QUANTUM BLEUPRINT containing 150,000 NFTS and the last one HELIUM 3 BATTERY also having 100 parsecs per charge. I want to ask, since staking is the only means to win ticket for the first set, What is the minimum advisable of $GAME someone can stake to assure of winning ticket? There is no information about the second and third set, Hwo can someone win NFT from these set too? And when is the exact time these NFTS will be launched?

It caught my attention that on Dark Frontiers there are a lot of actions people can perform, from exploring new places to crafting, trading and discovering materials and artefacts. With that in mind, I was wondering can you tell us more about these actions and what will it take users to do them? Will there be fees users will need to pay every time they want to do some exploring or farming within the game? Please, tell us more about the fee system that will be implemented on the platform and what actions will it exactly require? Also, how much will this fee cost and for what will that income be used on?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: Once you own the basic set of NFTs required to stay alive in space, you can mine resources, complete missions, engage in combat and update your set of tools as you play. Or you take the easy way and get them on the Gamestarter marketplace.
Will there be fees users will need to pay everytime they want to do some exploring or farming within the game? No
Please, tell us more about the fee system that will be implemented on the platform and what actions will exactly require it? Small fees will applied during the upgrade of your assets, which will require energy. And energy is the basis of the game economy. Let’s say you have an axe and you mine the energy from crystals and you want to upgrade it to be more efficient. You will have to spend a small amount of energy credits to upgrade it. The same will apply to most tools.

$DARK token will serve as an in-game energy unit. Energy is needed to power the gameplay?—?travel, mine and merge NFTs. It can also be mined by claiming land on different planets. So $DARK will be very much like the heart and the blood of the game.
$DARK is a BSC token, but it will have a bridge to ERC-2
$GAME will also be featured, as DARK FRONTIERS has dual tokenomics. $GAME will act as a booster to certain in-game processes, and you will also be able to buy NFTs with $GAME
Naturally the more users will play this game and find it engaging the higher $DARK will soar
As Dark Frontiers ir designed to be updated over time, it’s not a one-time release, $DARK value will go up gradually as the world expands
Can you also explain more ways users can actually get these energy credits?

One of the limitations of some P2E games is that they require a high initial investment to start playing, many of them being very expensive. Can we start playing Dark frontiers with a small investment? Will there be any discounts or benefits for early adopters? Some games also provide the opportunity to start playing for free. How will it be in Dark frontiers? How much will the initial investment be? Is there any information about it so far?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: For $GAME token holders there will be special discounts on buying basic NFTs in order to start the game. The first and most important NFT that you will have to have in order to play the RPG game is spacesuit. There will be different types of spacesuits, each of them will be different in specifications, like oxygen bank, which directly influences your gameplay. So you can start with a basic one, which will be affordable to everyone (the price will be announced very soon), and later on you can improve your spacesuit by mining, completing missions and acquiring more equipment.
Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: So there is an initial investment to made in order to have a basic equipment and play the game, right?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: Anyone can play the game but in order to make it far it is reccomended to hold $GAME & $DARK

Ellie | Marketing Manager: The land is used to stake your $DARK tokens and generate more of them. So the land basically represents the gamification of staking. So you can stake and earn more $DARK or you can earn it through the gameplay. We are working on finding the best anti-whale solution.
Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: So lands are income generators (yielding more $DARK tokens). Do they bring other benefits to users? And also, how can users acquire/forge land NFTs?
Paul Mont | Satoshi Club: And by the way, are we still on time to get some Dark Frontiers lands?
Ellie | Marketing Manager: The farming rewards are paid out per block and are only claimable at the end of 2 month’s worth of harvesting time.

Ellie | Marketing Manager: Gamestarter is an infrastructure project, which is focused to create a great ecosystem for the developers and players. There are separate teams working on Gamestarter and DF. The direction for Dark Frontiers gameplay will be entirely decided by the DF community?—?we take every suggestion and overall community wishes very seriously.
