Cancelled bonus
On Black Friday, BetFury decided to give us an 100 free spin bonus on a slot game. It wasn't much, but it was at least something. After the spins, our account had around 80$. After that, we tried to contact our affiliate manager on Telegram to resolve the issue. He wouldn't take any of our messages seriously, but he would keep mocking us and make anti-semitic and anti-muslim remarks out of nowhere.
We really have no idea how this conversation would help our case, but we felt like it was worth sharing it. BetFury pays this guy Nick Bates to ignore all our messages but respond only when he is in the mood to make some random racist comments. We would really like to hear BetFury's opinion on that matter, do they condone this behavior?
