They are creative individuals who love freedom and if some idea comes to their mind, they will execute it right now. If there is no desire to write, the muse has not come, then they will not write anything. I used to approve of it, but not now. For the muse rarely comes to me and I just don't work. I need to be held tight and strict, so the content plan is my friend.
