?Today I will talk about being poor and being rich. Many of my friends think that it is matter of luck. But I will not agree. It is not about luck. It is a matter of education. Financial education. I can hear so many remarks about for example Splinterlands, lately. ''OMG, you spend ten thousand dollars buying Chaos Legion packs. You are so lucky. ''
Well, in this context, I hate the word LUCK. Lacking financial education, and having a 'being poor' mentality, even if you win the lottery, after 5-6 years on average, you end up being poor again. This is real, this is what happens with most of the lottery winners. Sad, but true. While somebody with a 'being rich' mentality, even if something catastrophic happens, they can always find something or do something and get rich once more. What is the difference? How come some people can spend as much as they get, and others can save half, even on minimum wage?
The difference is called education. If order to get rich, you need first to educate yourself. To allow yourself to get rich. And then it is only matter of time. I heard this theory first time when a world class violonist was teaching, and they were plenty of decent violonists at that lessons. But not like him. He said that the knowledge can only take you there. You can learn the technical part, and you can become decent. This is the limit. If you want to become better than that, to be known as a virtuoso, then you need to allow yourself to be the best. I understand that, in collaboration with the Russian government, they even did an experiment. Using hypnotic suggestions, they convinced few decent violonists that they are world class. And, to everyone's wonder, once they wake up they sang like never before. They were world class. The classic way is to work, and train and perform for years, even decades, until you give yourself the permission to be brilliant. And then, when you did enough work, you allow yourself to be a virtuoso.
Violin, finances, martial arts, whatever you choose, the result is the same. You become awesome when you allow yourself to be awesome.
I know, the rewards in crypto are decreasing gradually, and it is harder and harder to get a decent profit. If you think like that, allow yourself to be great. You are not there yet. Yes, the change starts in mind, but you do not need to do the hard work, for years in a row. You need just to allow yourself to be the best. Learn, with pleasure and passion. Improve yourself, compound that knowledge. Be the person that you want to be. It is not about faking it until you make it. It is about being the one that you aim to be.
