Referendum 12 (to move a claim) strangely has quite a few accounts voting for it, but no information posted on Polkassembly or shared elsewhere. If you are the proposer, please add more information. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referendum/12

Polkadot has successfully upgraded to runtime v26. Changes in this runtime include implementation of pallet versioning, batch_all extrinsic (atomic batches), and validator election calculation improvements.

I believe this is the first time we've seen this on Polkadot, a motion to cancel a proposal (Proposal 8 which was erroneously submitted) - https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/motion/41
