This is why I Own a Ton of #SAND as I know the project will do good.

I don't like the fact that it takes years to render

I don't like the absurd costs involved in it.

Too Complicated/ Expensive.

Someone payed 600,000.00 just to have a house next to Snoop Dogg on the #SandBox Metaverse. 

This is my #1 choice when it comes to a project that is always giving and will be here for the long run. 

I have been with TORUM for a year now and I have seen it's growth in so many ways. 

Torum is more of a #DeFi #SocialFi Type of #Metaverse as opposed to "VR headset" Type simulation worlds.

What I like about $XTM is that the developers and the users are all very smart and keep developing new ways for its users to easily Stake and buy #NFT's.

There is no digital land in Torum but that is for the better!

You don't get a FOMO headache and it is a place to learn. To gain intel.
