To open an account a user needs to go via an identity verification process (KYC policy). Users can fund the account in two ways. The first way is via debit/credit cards and the second way is via external crypto wallets. In the second case the user needs to go via an external address/wallet verification procedure. After all verifications and a successful registration the user can use Oobit app. The minimal limit is 1 EUR on buying products/services.

P.S. 1. For the reason that prices of cryptos are highly volatile, do not expect that paying for products/services with crypto always will be the cheapest payment method.
