Yesterday marks the official public beta launch of the 3.6 Loopring zkRollup... To celebrate and encourage new users, they are offering a 8x rewards program in the new Wallet. This lasts till Dec 26th. They are awarding 1,000,000 LRC (~$210,000) to all users of the wallet that are on the L2 3.6 of zkRollups... this is 33,000LRC per day. This speeds up transactions, and have virtually NO gas fees! Very cool stuff.

It is approx 26MB, once you Install it on your phone you will be able to create a fresh wallet (which will be on 3.6 by default)

If you were an early adapter during 3.1 (which gives you the first 2x bonus rewards) you will have an update screen as soon as you open the app. Just navigate to the app as normal and once it opens, you will see this screen. The download seems to be much slower in-app, it took me approx :20 min to download the same 26MB. . . be patient.
One that that you immediately notice if that not everything has been localized. Much of the special pages, and update info are in Chinese. Don't worry, the regular app is all in English (with mostly accurate translations) ... one not is that if you see the words "road printing" that is the generic translation of the Chinese "Loopring" (Luyin)
If you are updating, once the new app is downloaded, and installed. You will be presented with a migration tool to move from 3.1 to 3.6 This is an entirely new Merkle Tree. So your funds need to be withdrawn from L2 into L1, moved to the new wallet contract (the 3.6 Merkle) and then manually added back to L2 after the update. Don't worry, we'll walk through it all here ....
Notice that "road printing" above? ... that means Loopring will take care of the migration cost.
Once you click Migrate you will be moving all L2 funds out and into L1 ... this takes some time! Many users took up to 2-hours. (this is because the relayer seems to be batching the transfer to save on gas fees). So be patient! It may look like your L2 funds disappear, (L2 reads a $0 balance, and nothing added to L1 yet) .. but they show up after awhile.
Here we see that the L2 funds are being withdrawn, and a new L2 smart contract on 3.6 account is being created. Even after this completes (which took about :10-:20min) .. you still won't see the funds in your L1. Don't freak out. The funds are safe, they are just being batched together, and processed all at once .... You will be seeing this next screen for the next couple hours ....
Let it roll .... Eventually it will go away, and you will have funds inside your L1 in the p, and a new L2 account will be active. You might not see the withdraw awards button yet. If that is the case, you'll need to close the app, and reopen it. Once you have relaunched the App, then you will see a small gift button in the upper right corner. Clicking that will bring you to the rewards screen with all the rules
Now we will need to move our L1 into L2. (only funds in L2 on 3.6 are eligible for the reward mining). So click on the L1, select your funds, and choose the self-transfer. It will automatically say "From L1 to L2" .. click ok, and watch as your funds move over into L2 and begin working for your reward.
There is a snapshot taken daily (Bejing time) ... so depending on when you moved funds and create the wallet you might have to wait a day to see your rewards being deposited. But that's it ... now you're on the newest zkRollups wallet, and earning rewards based on your funds for the next month!
