Hello there!
It has been a long time since my last article. I had hoped to publish earlier but things are evolving quickly. My thoughts change accordingly thus forcing me to rethink my writing. I do not know if you watched the last Hunter’s Lodge (HL5), but there is so much to unpack. If you haven’t seen it yet, visit https://www.youtube.com/coinhuntworld to catch up. The Wiki Team is also doing a great job at recaping HL5. From small quality of life updates to major new features there is something from everyone. As the HL5 video contains lots of info, you have to be following the Discord channels to understand the full scope of all the upcoming changes.

Although I was nervous at the beginning, it went so smoothly. We recorded its longest episode yet! We discussed HL5 in detail and covered pretty much all I have to say about it. So check it out.
Ushering in the post Hunter’s Lodge 5 era?
If everything goes according to schedule, Coin Hunt World will be forever changed from being a simple trivia for crypto game to a game with complex trading economics with different in-game wealth building streams. The battle for resources will become the name of the game in order to get that special cubie that will be able to optimize your revenue making infrastructure.
Several new features will be introduced that will shape the game for years to come. All hunters will have to decide what to focus on. Hunters will also have to coordinate locally in order to not duplicate efforts so that the entire local community can benefit from building up their hunting grounds.
At the time of writing this article, the new trivia selection mechanism is in place. Allowing us to take advantage of the same 10 recurring trivia categories. This helps Happy Hour a lot in the way that the boosted category comes up more frequently giving us more paint. The devs had to rebalance the paint drop by changing the resource drop in the vaults. Less paint but more guaranteed resin and STAMPS in green and yellow vaults. I welcome that change as it forces us to better plan our hunting for resources. We have to decide what we want to go after and make us realize we can’t get everything at once.
Auction House flaring up!!!
Zach finally did it! He put up an Architect Cubie for sale in the Auction House. Excalibur117 bought it for 15000 keys. Lower than what I predicted (2 purple keys), but this is an important milestone in the game. High end items transactions have finally started and it shows that there are quite a few players that have a good stack of keys. Zach used its newly acquired keys with the subsequent acquisition of the coveted Snowman Cubie BP for 20250BKs. I wonder who sold it? (is it you BlockBoi?) In any case this means that there is a new high roller for keys that will be likely looking to purchase another high value item. The sale of the Architect and Snowman blueprints has incited many players to sell their prized items such as the Black Cat Cubie, Shark Cubies, and other items. If you follow the AH related channels, you can witness the excitement.
My personal update
Since the last article, I was able to get the Shark Cubie BP. I am really happy that I was able to build up my key inventory and was able to purchase it before being sold out. I also went to get my first Canada Country Stamp at Montreal’s Yellow vault. I have been trying to get another one in green vaults with no success. I will most likely go back to the yellow vault for another stamp that I may sell in the AH. I also participate in any twitter/facebook contests to get extra resources. My key inventory keeps rising steadily (See the picture below).
