Ava Benny-Morrison
Alex Mashinsky, the former chief executive officer of bankrupt crypto lender Celsius Network Ltd., was arrested Thursday and charged with fraud by US prosecutors following a probe into the company’s collapse.
In addition, Mashinsky and Celsius were sued by the Securities and Exchange CommissionCommodity Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC announced a settlement with Celsius together with its complaint.
