Pulling up outside a large suburban 3 storey, fat rain hammered on the street cops in ponchos manning the perimeter tape.

Upstairs the sweet smell of candy floss hung heavy in the air, it played tricks with the mind as I looked on at the heart breaking view of a once loved monkey long since lost in a pointless ceremony to squandered joy.
