I was reading about Publish0x's Upland opening up new cities listings next. I was a bit hesitant as to which one should I offer as I have four cities that I could offer to this list namely, Sydney Delhi NCR where I am right now, or Canberra where I currently live. Then I decided in favor of Canberra, the Australian Capital with an area of almost 814 km? and a population of less than half a million.
So I decided finally in favor of Canberra the Australian Capital with a lot of open space, natural beauty and so much to see in the city and surrounding area. Canberra is not an old city but the capital city of Australia was founded a little over 100 years ago in 1913. However, the city has been planned in such a way that it will need no infrastructural changes for the next 200 years.
The Canberra Hospital- Medical facilities
I am sure Upland is not looking for skyscrapers, dense populations, and highly sought Real Estate locations as the scale of a modern city because Canberra will disappoint you in such a case. We the Canberrans believe in nature, peace and maintain our city as the world's most beautiful capital.
Canberra is all about views of the mountains, valleys, and rivers calling you for a lifetime experience surrounded by natural beauty and world-class infrastructure.
We are a city of-
Clean, quiet, and friendly male/female Enterpnuores, Uni Students, office workers, retired people, mostly nonsmokers, moderate drinkers with good personal hygiene, and almost no political activities despite being the capital of Australia.
Real Estate at its best
Clean, quiet, cozy, and well-furnished big comfortable houses at an affordable price (Affordable rental too if you please) in this lush green mountain city in a lovely surrounding.

Lake Burley Griffin
I love driving a battery boat in the lake- it was a hot summer January day
Lake Burley Griffin is the lifeline of Canberra as most activities happen around this artificial lake. Canberrans call it their aquatic playground. Any occasion, any weekend in Canberra is incomplete without a visit to this wonderful area. In fact, the entire Canberra goes out and finds ways to enjoy the lake’s lovely, calm, and vastness. You have paddleboats, electric boats, biking and walking paths around the lake, and gyms at every kilometer.
The Parliament House
Australian National Botanic Gardens
Mount Ainslie Lookout
Beijing Garden (Chinese Garden)
The Beijing Garden is another tourist attraction right at the edge of Lake Burley Griffin. This beautiful garden has sculptures and pagodas. You can watch various birds in this garden including real and artificial swans as their permanent home. Yes, some of these birds are so friendly they will come close enough to talk to you. A short walk will get you from the Beijing Garden to the beautiful walking areas spend a wonderful evening in Canberra.

And what is Canberra without "Floriade"? This is an annual celebration of spring in the heart of Australia's capital, every year in September.
And if you did not go for a Hot Balloon Trip, you did nothing in Canberra
What is Around Canberra
I suggest some of my most favorite ones beside hundreds of tourists' interest locations
Jervis Bay
Jervis Bay is a place that will last long in my memory. The place boasts to have the whitest sand on the beaches of the Pacific Sea compared to anywhere in the world. I am a witness to having seen white sand on the beaches that I visited during my stay of 48 hours.
Snowy Mountains
This area is the highest region and long been the most favorite winter tourism destination of Australia. This area with its snowfields, and other tourist interest places stays crowded all year round. The valleys of Snowy Mountains with their natural beauty, and hiking trails and walking paths provide thrill-seekers to walk to new heights on foot or by mountain bikes.
Spread over a vast area Charlotte Pass, Cooma, Jindabyne, Kosciuszko National Park, Perisher, Snowy Valleys
Thredbo, Tumbarumba, Tumut this is tourists' paradise especially those looking for hiking in the Snowy Mountains which is a unique experience in itself. This area has beautiful greenery, trees, forests, awesome rivers.
A one-way bushwalk passing through eucalyptus forests, the breathtaking view of falls, and a great picnic spot along the Thredbo River. If you are interested in wildlife then you're at the right spot because you can find wood ducks, crimson rosellas, Australian magpies, flame robins, wedge-tailed eagles, and even platypus.
Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve
Have you seen a Kangaroo? This is not a proper question because almost all of us have seen a kangaroo either face to face or in pictures. Tidbinbilla and Gibraltar Falls - the famous Forest Reserve, a 30 minutes’ drive about 40km from Central Park.
Tidbinbilla is one of the most visited National Parks with thousands of species of animals although some of them were shifted to other places in recent years because of the Bushfire in 2019-20. Gibraltar Falls and Walking Paths are added tourists attraction.
