Here's to a discussion on the erosion of privacy in the face of a pandemic, possible privacy-preserving solutions being thought up for issues such as HIPAA and contact tracing, and looking at the possible long term consequences of reactive law enforcement.

Privacy-preserving mechanisms include the use of public-private key cryptography to have pseudonymity, where health care data can be decrypted at the source, but anonymized for other viewers.
