I did Not Eat Enough Plants Last Week

Hi everyone,

I’m here again with a quick post about all the different plants I ate this week. It was a disappointing week as I only ate 22 different types of plant species, not reaching the 30 which is recommended. Too much junk food, not enough fruits and vegetables, did not eat any nuts or seeds making this the worst week yet. I have to focus a bit more on eating enough plants to keep the nutrition up. Breakfast just has to change.

  • Snack: coffee, cacao (chocolate)

Friday: 6

  • Lunch: coffee,
  • Dinner: potato, bell pepper, onion
  • Snack: coffee, green olives, garlic, pomelo

Saturday: 2

  • Breakfast: tea
  • Lunch: wheat, black olives, bell pepper(yellow and red), spinach,
  • Dinner: potato, green beans,
  • Snack: coffee,

Sunday: 0

  • Breakfast: tea, coffee
  • Lunch: wheat
  • Dinner: lettuce, cucumber, carrot, onion, potato, bell pepper,
