With this law, the government wants more control over the fiat money flows that flow to bitcoin exchanges. All transactions above € 15,000 are registered and entered in a database of the Financial Intelligence Unit, part of the Ministry of Justice. Brokers and exchanges are already asking Dutch customers to provide more information about the origin of their money. This is a very important step towards mass adoption of crypto assets. I think it will boost the demand for crypto assets in general. Particularly when crypto assets wil be legalised globally :)
