The most powerful blockchain in the world is capable of almost anything, even most community members are not even aware that this blockchain already supports Artificial Intelligence Companies, Microsoft, and Pfizer. Therefore, being an excellent smart contract provider is the utmost goal.
Smart Contracts are self-executing codes that carry a set of instruction which are verifiable in the blockchain. These contracts are decentralized, transparent, autonomous and no trust-issues.
They are often irreversible and unmodifiable by human hands once deployed. The most popular smart contract nowadays is what we call DeFi or Decentralized Finance. It can have multiple use-cases and more complex functions. Several Smart contracts can also be bundled and can form into Decentralized Applications of dApps.

I would assume that the readers of this post are dApp developers who already know how this works. If you happen to be a newbie and just came across this content then please do your own research (DYOR) before delving into more complex scenarios of what cryptocurrencies are capable of.
Simple Smart Contracts can also exist on the Bitcoin Blockchain. It is most likely multisig-wallet that can be developed. But the more versatile and how complex a smart contracts are, it can only be efficiently handled by Ethereum because of its fast-proliferating ecosystem of dApps, Layer-2 solutions, increased throughput and privacy enhancements. They are all the edge of Ethereum against Bitcoin but obviously both of these chains have unimaginable transaction costs or what we call gas fees.

Since this innovation in technology already provided immense utility and use-cases, the rapid pace of constant and continious development of dApps are unstoppable.
Intermediaries will no longer be needed in the future. Banking and Finance will just then be a thing in the past.
Fiat will already lose its value and the rise of the virtual tokens will be proliferated.

Telos is creating bridges, not walls.
Recently, The Telos Network opened its first bridge to the Ethereum Blockchain, this is a great jumpstart to open more oracle chains to its ecosystem:

- ETH (pETH) – the second most popular cryptocurrency in the world after Bitcoin, and a massive community to match.
- USDT (pUSDT) – the world’s most used stablecoin, pegged to the world’s largest FIAT currency. Learn about how both new stablecoins can be used on Telos further down.

The second to the last token widget before the ChainLINK is the pNetwork. Since we are not familiar with this one, I have tried to dig deeper about it.
The pNetwork is designed to handle as many bridges as deemed necessary so that any useful connection across blockchains can come to life. The pTokens on TSwaps will then serve as the real bridge of unchained assets from one blockchain to another. It is also a great factor in boosting the growth of the DeFi ecosystem.

This creates a clean conversion path between TLOS and wrapped USDT and EOSDT. The solution employs an innovative combination of a low price slippage USD pool with a conventional swap pool for TLOS-TOLSD conversions to deliver an optimized conversion experience for all supported tokens.
Telos Swaps offers token swaps similar to Bancor or Uniswaps. This approach works well when token values are expected to be independent. It, however, does not work well when the assets in the swap pool are expected to be of similar value (as in the case with USD stable coins). This problem is solved using low price slippage converters such as those found in Curve.fi. The USD Swaps pool on TSwaps.com makes use of a low slippage converter to support USD token swaps.
TLOSD (Telos Dollar)
The TLOSD token is a USD stable token collateralized by the USDT and EOSDT reserves on the USD Swaps contract. The TLOSD price is set as the average price of the tokens in the USDT, EOSDT pool. The TLOSD token is the network token used to join the USD Swaps pool to the Telos Swaps network in a manner which concentrates the USD liquidity in a single converter. This gives better price stability across all USD tokens on Telos Swaps.
