UEFA EURO 2020 finally starts!

UEFA UERO 2020 will start very soon, it is the 16th UEFA European Championship.

The tournament was postponed due COVID 19 (it was originally scheduled from 12 June to 12 June July 2020) and rescheduled for 11 June to 11 July 2021.

Portugal are the defending Champions, having won UEFA EURO 2016.

The 24 Qualified Teams:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland (debut), France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, North Macedonia (debut), Poland, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and Wales.

The Venues:

This edition is special because it will be played in 11 different locations to celebrate the 60th birthday of the UEFA EURO.

The cities that will host the games are:

Amsterdam, Baku, Bucharest,  Budapest, Copenhagen, Glasgow, London, Munich, Rome, Saint Petersburg and Seville.

• GROUP A: Italy, Switzerland, Turkey and Wales;
• GROUP  B: Belgium, Denmark, Finland and Russia;
• GROUP C: Austria, Netherlands, North Macedonia and Ukraine;
• GROUP D: Croatia, Czech Republic, England and Scotland;
• GROUP E: Poland, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden;
• GROUP F: France, Germany, Hungary and Portugal;
