Also, and due to the fact that aviation records are often subject of forgery, adulteration or actions carried out off the airworthiness scope, they can put in jeopardy the aircraft and passenger’s general safety. Earhart solution will use blockchain technology to ease the aviation business records, aircraft and personal certifications and aircraft information. Providing a reliable mean to record information required by the authorities and regulators, which will be immutable, reliable and tamper proof. A new concept of Proof of Airworthiness will allow to monitor every action and provide in real time to all interested parts a view of the aircraft status, for example:

If all the above points are compliant with the regulators and authorities requirements, the aircraft acquired the Proof of Airworthiness, which mean that according to the rules is safe to fly. Ultimately, the Air Traffic Control, before aircraft departure can see in their screens in “green” the aircrafts which acquired the status of Proof of Airworthiness and dispatch them to fly, and not clear to fly the aircrafts which appear in red, that not acquired the Proof of Airworthiness Status.
Earhart will also take aviation business one step ahead. Will be designed to allow a safe and reliable mean of exchange of information. Besides allowing a real time auditing and monitoring, will also provide a tool for the monetization of the information stored on every records. This feature will allow to “sell” for example the reliability information to the manufacturers. Can also allow to acquire from a similar aircraft its maintenance plan, saving large sums of man-hours analysis and aircraft ground time. Even the logistics information can be monetized. For example, a service center can acquired from others which parts are more often replaced. This will also allow millions in stock savings, decrease of man-hours and aircraft ground time.
