Lately the cybercrime and online frauds have exponential registered an increase, where cybercrime caused by hackers have been a major problem, not only on traditional financial service but also on Crypto space causing billions of dollars in losses, that forced to a plan to fight against it!
The U.S secret service announced on Friday 10, that merged the Electronic Crimes Task with the Financial Crimes Task Force into a single force dubbed Cyber Fraud Task Force (CFTF), to combat fraud and Cybercrime in an emergent abuse of criminals that aren't fear to get caught. The force will fight against ransom attacks, scams, credit card online stealing and many others cybernetic frauds.
I hope the Secret service can work to bring more fraudsters and hackers to justice with their work can enable more ways to fight against scammers, hackers and cybercriminals that have obscure purposes to rip off peoples money. There are an imminent growth on online frauds and people involved with this crimes aren't showing any signs of slow their operations and with this Task Force this could help save peoples funds.
