When one is?? diagnosed with Cancer the world stops and your fragility/mortality hits you smack in the face.
I was diagnosed with a rare form of Melanoma- Amelanotic Nodular. It’s the most aggressive and deadly. After surgery and treatment I went from chance of recurrence 40 -3 %. Well that’s good odds right?
Well after a year of treatments And being cancer free all was fine till I had noticed some pain along my right bicep. . Well that’s when after some observation I realized I may be headed to round 2 of my journey and worse yet during Covid.
Melanoma is not just a skin cancer. It’s a beast and a journey. Definitively not what I would wish on anyone. Next week I see my surgeon and have another Pet Scan! I discovered a nodule under my biopsy site and after an ultrasound yesterday this healthcare provider knows exactly what this means! Mentally it’s tiring when you are the strength for others in their journeys. In your own it’s different and we all handle ours different.
Never take life for granted! You never know. My plan is to be around for a very long time. Till bitcoin hits at least a million ??
