It is the question every investors is asking. Are we in a bubble ?
If you can answer it for sure, I think you're either crazy or seeing the future. The only thing I know is that BTC and cryptocurrencies more generally have been rising a lot during the few last months. Did it grow too much and too fast ?
Make your own opinion and establish a strategy
First, and that's a sentence from me that I love using : "Listen nobody but listen everybody". I explain you the meaning of this phrase :
Every opinion is good to hear, but you need to multiply your sources, study the different advices and tips and compare them, listen to the argues from each side. Then try to build your own opinion by keeping in your mind the more relevant aspects and adapting it to make a viable strategy.
Some people will argue that this rise is irrational and it will end by a brutal drop like in 2017. Others will tell you that it's only the beginning of adoption and selling now will be a terrible mistake. And that may surprise you but according to me, both sides are absolutely right.
Read articles, listen to podcasts, watch crypto contents, take care of what's happening in this environment and build your strategy, don't be affected by this global euphoria. But now I will explain you my opinion about that.
My personal strategy
I personally hold some coins which have been performing extra well, making my investments 1 000% worth. I will not sell everything but probably gonna sell my initial bet. I'm gambling and waiting a little bit as I'm staking my tokens and it gives me a good APY, I hope not to regret it in the future. If you make big profits (and at the moment it is probably the case), my best advice is to leave your positions step by step and converting into stablecoins. Then lend your stablecoins to continue growing your daily passive income.
That's what I am going to do and I think that's a pretty safe strategy, with both goof return on investment and small risks, well balanced.
