Companies to buy or buy back in the month of October. Part 3 (last part)

(First of all, I wanted to thank you for the excellent acceptance that my last posts had)

We are going to divide this post into 3 types (growth, dividends and finally recovery) of companies that I am closely monitoring to buy

For this third and last part we are going to talk about the recovery companies that I am thinking of buying and buying back in October if I see a good entry opportunity.

These are companies that have been greatly affected in recent months by the pandemic, which has a very strong impact on their downward stock prices. But with the vaccine getting closer every day, I expect a very strong recovery of these stocks before this vaccine goes on the market and a complete recovery, including stocks that will be above their maximum in a period of approximately 2 years.

These companies are:

  • Carnival Corporation (CCL)
  • Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (RCL)
  • Delta Air Lines Inc (DAL)
  • Southwest Airlines Company (LUV)
  • Boeing Co (BA)
  • Intel Corporation (INTC)
  • Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM)

    Company plus:

  • Walt Disney Company (DIS)

CCL and RCL are my two favorite cruise companies. As we all know, cruise ships have been well affected by this pandemic since they are completely unemployed and generating many maintenance expenses without generating income.

With people's fear of this latest outbreak in Europe, the shares of this company listing fell a bit again. Which could give us some very tempting purchase prices. I must clarify that personally cruises are on this list the companies that I like the least because of the risk they entail, being purely leisure, if the economic recovery is not good, the income of these companies could be affected and end up bankrupt

DAL and LUV are two airline companies, and although these types of companies were also greatly affected, they are already experiencing sales and flights, unlike cruise ships that are completely stopped.

These 2 companies I like is why they have, they are the ones with the best numbers, specifically LUV and being one of the largest airlines, the chances of them going bankrupt are very low

BA is a company that was already hit by the problems they had with the 737, added to the pandemic, the prices of this stock fell brutally. BA does not depend only on commercial aircraft it also has a market share with defense aircraft with the government. I think this BA value between 150 usd is excellent since I think that when the situation with the pandemic improves, the situation with the 737 max improves and that everything returns to normal, it is a company that easily between 2 to 3 years it can be worth 350 usd again.

INTC fell drastically when they announced their lag of 7nm processors. We have to see this drop in price as a buying opportunity, since Intel is a giant company, which also offers dividends and without a doubt I believe that in the long term it will recover and continue to rise, but I believe that it will also go up in the medium term. to get back what you lost when 7nm processors come out

Although I brought many recovery companies for the medium or long term, XOM seems like a very good move for the short term. Currently XOM is near its lowest prices in the pandemic, and if it continues to fall I am considering buying a couple of stocks to wait for a good recovery in the short term to sell them

DIS left it for the last as a plus because I think it is a company that has a bit of the 3 categories that we named at the beginning this is a company that proved to be VERY solid, although it was greatly affected by the pandemic, it was able to recover very well due to the excellent sales numbers of Disney +, which I believe still has a lot of market left to continue growing. To this we must add that when the pandemic situation ends, DIS will have its income from cruises, parks and sports again. For this reason, I believe that when everything returns to normal, the company could easily exceed its pre-pandemic highs.

This makes DIS one of my preferred stocks among all the stocks we saw for the long term.
