has been a challenging game lately and I have been considering what I could do to improve my own win rate. I have decided that I want to move up to Gold rank so I plan on buying some cards and preparing for that. I have a few cards that I do not own and a lot of them are in Riftwatchers or I could increase the power of my chaos legion deck because there are a lot of cards that are not leveled up yet. Last time, I bought Riftwatcher cards but this time I choose to upgrade my own Chaos Legion deck.
Riftwatchers Purchase
Above are the cards that I purchased: Blinding Reflector, Cursed Windeku, Angelic Mandarin, Queen Mycelia using Monster Market. I get back part of what I paid for the cards and I prefer using this when I am buying directly off the market.
In order to purchase these cards, I decided to just pay HBD for 18,000 credits. The hive was gained from my author rewards over the past week and I will be continuing to use them to buff up my deck. I used last week's earnings to pay off for the DEC burning event.
The first card that I wanted to upgrade was Blinding Reflector for the magic reflect. I wanted this card because it can help me more in little league matches and it increases the options. I do have Crystal Jaguar for so I am not sure how often I will use this card. Either way, I bought enough to make a level 5.
The second card that I wanted was Queen Mycelia because I wanted the amplify ability. This makes this card much more useful when combined with failed summoner or a thorns monster. I have lost to people sometimes due to this and sometimes it was very close matches. So increasing this card has been on my mind for a while and I only needed 1 more copy to do that. One thing that I didn't realize was that the cooldown happened when I combined it with a card that I purchased. It sucks to see that I can't use this card for a while.
The 3rd card is Cursed Windeku. I want a level 5 version of this for the . I am still missing a few cards but I am close and I already bought a level 5 Thaddius Brood summoner a few months ago. So it will definitely be a useful card to have when I advance to the gold league and it won't take too much to get there later.
The last is Angelic Mandarin. The ability looks very useful and I thought this was a match that I really wanted for those ranged-only matches. Combined with Swamp Biter, I will have both repair and triage to help me win those matches.
I bought some cards to help me out in ranked battles and some will be more useful than others. However, I don't regret my choice and I still think this will benefit me in the long run. I am funding this through my blog earnings.
