Smart Contracts and USDT - How It Works ?

Do repost and rate:

We heard a lot about the term smart contracts, especially when talking about USDT, but the question here remains what are smart contracts.

In short, it is a set of codes written to execute a set of commands through the network on it, such as Ethereum, using, for example, ERC20 or, for example, on the TRC20 TRON network.

But how to put those codes simply must be placed on a server or a computer in order to carry out those commands for me.

But imagine with me if the codes are placed on a network such as Ethereum or Trun, who work 24 hours, then your code will still work 24 hours without being modified.

There is no server on the Internet that guarantees that the code for all works without interruption, at such terrible speed, and with these capabilities, will remain for you.

This is what is done through smart contracts almost daily. This is what happens with USDT that does not have its own blockchain network, so it works on one of the other networks such as ethereum or tron ??so it always needs something called Gas or what we call a fee of course. This varies depending on the network you are working on.

This explains to us the constant need, for example, of Ethereum in your wallet, in order to transfer Usdt as some gas in order to transfer your currency on it, and this means that any existing currency also uses the same address of the blockchain associated with it.

The same applies to the Tron network, where you will be able to transfer the Usdt by having a smaller amount of TRX as a Fee.

We also have the Omni network for Bitcoin itself, but unfortunately, its commission is large when transferring USDT and also on the EOS network.

In the same way, it became clear to you that decentralized currencies can be transferred and exchanged, for example Uniswap currencies and others, using smart contracts.

So BINANCE created Bnb using BEP2, and thus Bitcoin was converted into a token that people can convert, making sure that there is the same value for it on the Binance platform itself, also using smart contracts.

I hope that I was able to explain to you some points about Smart Contracts and Usdt.
