First Editions and the NFT Craze
2021 has seen a huge interest in and adoption of NFTs (AKA Nonfungible Tokens). This uptick is not just by retail investors but institutions jumping in with NFTs to help celebrate their products and first events seem to be major hits.
Sure it makes to try and get a low mint number (LMN) for any NFT as those to tend bring more value. Doesn't it make sense to capture all things first as NFTs?

Up coming NFTs
- Tony Hawk - skateboarding legend will release 16,600 of his last trick as an NFT . Sale begins today at 5pm Eastern USA time zone. Does this sale start a new trend of first and last events preserved as NFTs?
- Adidas Originals NFT collection will go on sale on December 17 '21 - will you capture one or several?
- not sure NFTs will react to a major downturn in the economy or equity markets, if its a blow out I am certain their prices will be impacted too. I would keep NFTs to just a small % of your overall investment portfolio for just this reason. I am not a financial advisor however, I do play one on TV.
- Should we expect to see first edition sales morphing into bookend sales? The first and last events captured to be relived when owner desires? I am generally excited about the NFT space, I feel there is lots of room to grow as the features expand on and around NFTs.
Disclaimer - I am not an employee nor an agent of any of the aforementioned firms, although it sounds super exciting
